What's a matted print?
Matted prints are mounted on high quality cardboard matting that creates a white border and which will prevent the print from touching the glass once it's framed. The backing on a matted print is strong and lightweight foam core.
If you order a matted print, it's ready to put straight into a frame of your choice.

Do you offer custom orders in different sizes and shapes?
Yes. If you want to change the shape of an image (for example, have a rectangular image printed as a square or vice versa) we can usually do this, depending on the way the image was shot and cropped originally. We can also quote on printing and shipping for prints larger than those offered in our online shop.

Can you ship my order to a gift recipient?
Yes. As part of the PayPal checkout process you will be asked to specify a billing address and a shipping address. To send your purchase as a gift:
Change the shipping address to your gift recipient's name and address
Under 'Gift options' you can write a message to your recipient, which we will include in the parcel at no extra charge
Under 'Note to Seller' you can add any additional instructions to us.
Please note that we will automatically include 'Dear Recipient's Name' and 'From Your Name' on the gift message, unless you specify otherwise.
If you are paying via a different method or if you have multiple gift recipients in your order, please contact us directly so we can assist you.
What are the postage and handling costs?
Our Australia-wide postage and handling charges are $2.95 for orders of greeting cards, $9.95 for items up to 1kg, and $14.95 for all prints, frames and other items over 1kg.
The postage and handling rate for all international orders is $19.95.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For orders within Australia, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery of unframed prints. Framed prints and canvas prints are custom-made to order, so please allow 10-15 working days for these items.
If you live in a regional or remote area, or overseas, delivery times may be longer. If you require an estimated delivery time for a specific order, please contact us.
If there are any delays in supply of your order we will contact you.
What are my payment options?
Online purchases from this website are conducted using PayPal for a secure and easy online buying experience. To order online you can use your PayPal account, or you can checkout as a guest using a credit card (you do not need a PayPal account). There is no surcharge for online credit card or PayPal purchases.
If you would prefer to pay by direct bank deposit, please email your order to us along with a direct deposit request, and we will send you an invoice with our direct deposit details.
Do the prices listed include GST?
No. We are a small business and are not yet registered for GST, so there is no GST charge included in listed prices or in your purchase.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if your item has a major problem such as damage on arrival or if it's significantly different to what you ordered.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged on arrival, please take photos of the damage and contact us within seven days to report the problem. We will organise repair of the item or cover the cost of return and replacement.
What happens if you are unable to supply my order?
If we are unable to supply all or part of your order for any reason, we will contact you to organise either supply of an alternative product of equal value, or a full refund for items not supplied.
